Verifying Email
In order to ensure the best possible user experience and communication we ask that all users verify their email address when creating a new account or update their email address in our system.
1. Create your account using your own email address

2. Upon creating a new account you will be prompted with a similar screen notifying you that we have sent you an email with a verification link

3. Check your email. Be patient, we send the email immediately but some email providers take a few minutes to deliver it to your inbox.
- If you do not receive an email in 5-10 minutes, check your SPAM, JUNK, DELETED or similar folders for an email from
unattended@vbschedule.com - If you find the email in your SPAM, JUNK, DELETED folder please whitelist or mark the email as “Not Junk” to ensure delivery of future email notifications (see your email provider’s support pages for instructions).
4. Click on the “Verify Email Address” button in the body of the email OR at the bottom of the email is a long url/link that you can copy and paste into your browser’s address bar.

- If you are using the browser you created your account in VBSchedule.com when you click on the verification link you will be automatically be verified and will see the welcome dashboard.
- If you click on the link on a different device, computer or browser you will be prompted to log in to complete the email verification process. Log in using the email address and password you used in Step 1.
